How to operate:
Owl Scream (middle groove): Use an open hand. Begin blowing with light air pressure slowly building the air pressure, then keep a steady airflow.
Pileated Woodpecker (groove furthest from the tip): Use an open hand. Blow 10-12 short fast bursts of air into the call while saying the word “TICK”.
Hawk Scream (groove closest to the tip): Use an open hand. Blow 1 fast quick burst of air.

Phenomenal

I can't believe no one has reviewed this call yet! I was having issues locating weary osceolas and easterns on public land with traditional owl hoots and crow calls. I really credit this call with helping me locate more birds. The owl screech is great for the early morning and then I will usually switch to either the hawk or woodpecker setting after day break. The high pitch of these calls definitely carries farther and seems to trigger more gobbles than other locator calls. I am sure the fact that these are less popular among hunters also helps. Having all three calls in a single, small package is also phenomenal. Two less calls to potentially forget in the woods when running and gunning after thunder chickens.
