I think this tool is best for those moments you need a hands free call. Can get some louder good calls with some practice.

Call just ok, customer service not so much

Bought the EZ1 a couple weeks ago. Worked pretty good first day. Sound was just ok. Second day the call developed a weird "cut out " and unnatural sound no matter how much or how little air pressure was applied. Before this review I tried reaching out to the customer service with some questions. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still absolutely zero return message or reply, hence this review. I'll look for other brands that prioritize customer service and quality products in the future.

Terrible tone and Volume - do not use

A buddy of mine recommended phelps. So I tried this EZ1 call and it was absolutely horrible. It sounds great when you're testing in doors... but once you get outside in the big woods the sound doesn't carry. The worst part is when I tried to reach out for a refund (I figured this was a product defect - no one would intentionally make a product that bad) I was told there was no return policy on used calls. Yes, it's technically used - but how else do you know if the call is working or not? Anyways, I will never purchase another phelps call again. I'd stick with a vendor that stands by their products.
